Our aim is to offer quick, accurate and professional responses to any product related issues you may have. To help us in this regard, please be as detailed as possible, so that we can endeavour to give you the necessary advice.

Products purchased from Indy Ware Ltd generally have a one year warranty against failure unless otherwise stated. If you have not purchased your product from Indy Ware Ltd then our warranty will not apply and in these circumstances you should contact your original supplier.

Product Returns

How to return a product which is still covered by our Indy Ware Ltd Warranty :

For monitors you should already have returned your warranty form direct to the manufacturer.
If so, please contact them directly, whereupon they will investigate your query.
If you still have concerns or unresolved issues, please contact us.

We have 4 methods for handling product returns:



In all cases the sequence of events is detailed below:

1. Choose your preferred method of return procedure from the above.
2. Complete the Returns Request Form.
3. Indy Ware Ltd will then check & confirm the details of your purchase.
4. We will then phone, fax or email you with confirmation of receipt of your return request which includes a 'Returns Reference Number'. Without this number we are unable to accept any returned goods.
5. Please package all products & accessories securely. This should include, original packaging, including any cables, discs, information booklets, accessories etc.
6. Please also enclose a completed copy of the Returns form and mark your Returns Reference number clearly on the package and enclosed paperwork.
7. Please post it to the address below. We highly recommend using a registered postal service as Indy Ware Ltd is not responsible for the loss/damage of goods whilst in transit.

8. On receipt, we will test the returned products, please allow up to 10 working days for this. However, we usually aim to test returned products within 5 days. If the product is found to be faulty, we will replace it immediately depending on stock availability. If we do not have stock we will contact you immediately.

If the product is not faulty, it will have to be collected or returned to you at a minimum cost of £20 + VAT which must be paid prior to shipment.
